Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a customer-focused Inside Sales associate for our residential parts and accessories store in St-Hubert. You will be a trusted advisor for customers visiting Trane Supply stores, resolving parts or equipment issues, providing parts offers, and processing orders.

You will engage with customers at the counter and by phone to identify needs, keep up-to-date on products and promotions, and present solutions.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma required and building mechanical diploma an asset.
• Experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with emphasis on customer service, continuous improvement and safety.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, retail or a related field; HVAC sales/knowledge and mechanical aptitude are assets.
• Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service, even in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at the counter and by phone to identify needs, answer inquiries, and provide quality parts and solutions for HVAC needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of Trane products, offers and promotions to partner with customers and increase sales by identifying related products or add-on needs; present to customers in person and over the phone.
• Execute quote and order processing workflows with high accuracy to speed up fulfillment and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Assist with warehouse and stock tasks as needed – cycle counts, backorders, receiving PO, transfers, shipping/receiving, stocking, stock control and bin locations; forklift use and lifting up to 50 lb.
• All other related tasks.

Trane embauche un associé aux ventes à la clientèle pour notre magasin de pièces et d'accessoires résidentiels à St-Hubert ! En tant qu'associé aux ventes à la clientèle, vous serez un conseiller de confiance pour les clients qui visitent nos magasins Trane Supply en résolvant les problèmes de pièces ou d'équipements, en fournissant des offres de pièces et des solutions de qualité, en traitant les commandes des clients et en répondant à leurs demandes.

Ce Que Vous Ferez

• S'engage à la fois avec les clients au comptoir et les clients par téléphone pour identifier pleinement les besoins, répondre aux demandes de renseignement ou aux questions et offrir des solutions de qualité en temps opportun à leurs besoins en pièces et fournitures CVC.
• Maintient ses connaissances actuelles sur les produits, offres et promotions Trane afin de s'associer avec les clients et d'augmenter les ventes en identifiant les produits associés ou en ajoutant des besoins d'extensions; présenter aux clients en personne et au téléphone.
• Exécute les processus de gestion des devis et des commandes avec un haut niveau de précision pour accélérer le processus d'exécution et assurer la satisfaction du client avec une livraison en temps opportun
• Aide au travail de gestion des entrepôts et des stocks au besoin - comptage des cycles, commandes en souffrance, réception de bons de commande, transferts, expédition et réception, stockage en magasin, contrôle des stocks et emplacement des bacs. Utilisation occasionnelle d’un chariot élévateur et soulevez jusqu'à 50 lb.

Ce Que Vous Apporterez

• Diplôme d'études secondaires requis et diplôme en Mécanique du Bâtiment un atout.
• Expérience dans un environnement dynamique axé sur le client avec un accent sur le service à la clientèle, l'amélioration continue et la sécurité.
• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en vente interne, en vente au détail ou dans un domaine connexe; Les ventes / connaissances HVAC et une aptitude mécanique sont un atout.
• Expérience avérée dans l'établissement de relations avec la clientèle et le maintien d'un service à la clientèle professionnel, même dans des situations difficiles.
