This is an onsite role at our Windsor, Nova Scotia, Canada location. Relocation is provided.
The BIOVECTRA Associate Vice President Operations will be responsible for aligning and driving the necessary resources within operations and manufacturing to meet established production targets. This position will oversee operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. This role will ensure that processes are produced in a qualified and validated state such that they are compliant with cGMP, ICH, and FDA guidance. This role establishes strategic manufacturing plans for continued efficiencies and growth.

This job has a full-time weekly schedule. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $187,272.00 - $292,613.00 / yr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
