We are excited to announce the formation of the Advanced Manufacturing Partnerships Division (AMPD), which brings together the Nucleic Acid Solutions Division (NASD) and BIOVECTRA Inc., a part of Agilent. This new division aims to align advanced manufacturing capabilities, expertise, and resources to foster greater innovation and operational excellence.

Biovectra is a leader in Contract Development and Manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, specializing in clinical to commercial scale production of microbial fermentation, synthetic small molecules including ADC, HPAPI, plasmid DNA, mRNA, LNP, and sterile filling. With over 650 employees at sites in Windsor NS and Charlottetown PEI, supporting top pharma and biotech clients, Biovectra partners with biopharma and pharmaceutical companies to develop API needs.
Reporting to the VP Business Unit Biovectra, the AVP of Engineering and Maintenance oversees strategic and operational aspects of engineering and maintenance for 8 facilities in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, ensuring facility and equipment reliability, efficiency, and compliance.
