Job Description
The Associate Vice President (AVP) – Capital Development - Chief Project Officer will lead a multidisciplinary team in the planning, execution, and delivery of the Peel Memorial Phase 2 redevelopment initiative. This role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management expertise to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with healthcare and regulatory standards. The AVP will serve as a key decision-maker, collaborating with hospital leadership, government agencies, design and construction partners, and community stakeholders to drive project success.

Hours: Currently days (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements).
Onsite First: Roles that frequently support direct patient care and have dedicated hours when they are available to patients, team members and/or other partners.
