Where You’ll Work

• Remote-first workplace with flexibility to work from anywhere, supported by physical hubs and virtual collaboration.
• Global team with offices in Bozeman, Montana; Toronto, Canada; and Dublin, Ireland.

What You'll Do

• Support client tickets via chat, phone, and email.
• Develop knowledge of CommunitySuite, focusing on Fund Accounting.
• Handle support tickets within SLA.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate proactively with clients.
• Assist in training clients on Foundant software.
• Document client interactions and follow up on tasks.
• Contribute to process improvements.

What You'll Need

• At least one year in philanthropy or SaaS customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Zendesk.
• Exceptional client satisfaction skills.
• Attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to change.
