What We Need
We are looking for an Associate Strategic Advisor who will play a critical part in supporting Element’s profitable growth through the timely completion of high-quality credit underwriting and portfolio management duties.
Are you:
As an Associate Strategic Advisor, you will be responsible for creating high impact value-added technical and analytical support to clients and grow existing relationships aided by supervisor or Sr. Consultant. You will support Sr. Consultant to identify opportunities that improve client performance through analytic support to identify and recommend cost saving opportunities.

Requirements
The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 - $93,840 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
