About This Opportunity:

The Associate Solutions Consultant is a dynamic role within the Solutions Engineering job family. It is an excellent gateway opportunity to start your career as a Pre-sales consultant in a world-leading software organization. As an Associate Solutions Consultant (ASC), you will support the Solutions Engineering team through internal process improvements and external/deal-specific projects.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for technology and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with our Solutions Consulting team to prepare and deliver product demos, update our toolstack (including Master Demo platform, RFX knowledge base), and utilize other essential technologies.

You will track and support the solutions team’s progress across multi-month projects affecting all of Docebo. Through interactions with the Solutions Team and customers, you will become an expert in Docebo’s software, processes, and strategy.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:
  • Internal process improvement projects, such as maintaining the Solutions Consulting Master Demo platform, documentation, and RFX knowledge library.
  • External/client-facing projects, including requirements gathering, RFP responses, demo builds, trial check-ins, and solutions blueprints.
Learning Opportunities:
  • Become a trusted advisor to all levels within prospective customer organizations.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to add value internally and externally.
  • Understand learning technology industry and explain our products in real usage contexts.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and support sales efforts.
What You Already Have:
  • A positive attitude, motivation, accountability, and performance focus.
  • Interest in LMS and Training & Development industry.
  • Career goal to become a Solutions Consultant.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects.
  • Comfort working directly with customers.
  • Proficiency with office tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office), knowledge platforms (Confluence, SharePoint), and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and design tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, Webhooks, and integration technologies.
  • Ability to travel to Canada & U.S.
