  3. Collaborating with developers, product owners, and other testers.
  4. Developing and executing test cases for new or evolving features.
  5. Running manual and automated tests on VPN client/server applications across various environments.
  6. Testing across multiple platforms: Windows, Android, MacOS, and iOS, often in VMWare and Azure.
  7. Reporting issues, verifying fixes, and advocating for quality.
  8. Identifying automation opportunities and contributing to test automation efforts.
  9. Improving internal test tools for efficiency.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • A degree in Computer Science or a STEM field.
  • Internship or 1 year of hands-on testing experience, preferably with client/server or mobile testing.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and a willingness to learn more.
  • Networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills (Windows/Linux).
  • Experience with tools like Wireshark or NetMon.
  • Curiosity about test automation (Python, Selenium, C#).
  • Interest in setting up test environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A natural talent for breaking things effectively.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with performance testing.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDMs).
  • Experience with AI tools in testing or development.
  • Multilingual abilities (Japanese, French, Italian, German).
