Job summary

Concentrix in CAN Chatham is seeking an Associate Site Director to oversee our Customer Care operations onsite and lead a 250+ strong team. You will manage client interactions, staffing, budgets, and performance across multiple programs.

You will attract and develop top talent, ensure service levels, and partner with Workforce Management, Training, Quality, and HR to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring daily onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required.
• Oversee and running a site of approx. 250 staff members.
• Responsible for client interaction for multiple clients, KPI attainment and complete financial accountability.
• Experience in managing multiple lines of business types.
• High customer satisfaction and achievement of Service Level Agreements.
• Promote employee satisfaction and low attrition.
• Maintain a positive working environment and promote company culture initiatives.
• Monitors and ensures supportive working environments to promote job satisfaction and morale.
• Manage operating budget for sites to meet profitability margins.
• Ensures operations delivery of client requirements per contract, CSAT, SLAs, and KPIs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

• The Associate Site Director will oversee the Customer Care operations at our Chatham, Ontario location.
• Will be fully responsible in overseeing the operating, including managing a group of leaders who own driving exceptional customer experiences for the clients we support.
• Act as a talent magnet to attract, retain and develop a high-performance team that is focused on continuous learning and improvement.
• Analyzes operations and efficiency of the operations team and implements changes to ensure best class service.
• Monitors and executes staffing, budget, training and general HR practices for all site personnel using functional support. Has hiring, development and performance management responsibility for direct reports.
• Direct and manage all site activities and performance strategies, collaborates with Workforce Management, Training, Quality, HumanResources, etc.
• This role needs a strong team player who understands how to work effectively in a large, fast paced, evolving organization; establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization; mentor teams and ensure success by driving operational excellence daily.
• Can demonstrate abilities to be a great site leader - overseeing multiple programs, 250+ FTE
• Strong relationship developer with clients - clients are Auto & Tech so those industries would be a plus
• Demonstrate capabilities to work across different departments - Ops, Training, Quality, TA, Facilities, etc
• MUST be onsite in Chatham location every day, not a hybrid position
