Job Description

Who You’ll Work With

Joining Arista as part of the Sales Engineering team means becoming part of a group of industry experts and technical leaders. You'll work alongside skilled field engineers, understanding both technology and its business impact, aligning solutions with our clients' broader goals.

Program Details

The Graduate Program begins in June 2025 and is open only to candidates in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), as relocation assistance is not provided.

What You’ll Do

  1. Participate in a 6-month on-the-job learning experience, gaining essential skills to excel in the Arista Customer Engineering Community. Guided by experts and top educators, you'll become proficient in Arista's advanced technology.
  2. Undergo periodic evaluations during the program; some travel may be required based on training and class schedules.
  3. Receive hands-on training and real-world exposure, supported by a dedicated team committed to your success.
  4. Collaborate with Arista System Engineers to deliver innovative technical solutions to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical School, military, or equivalent technical knowledge, with a desire to learn networking (routing, switching, automation, security).
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for individuals and small groups.
  • Excellent written communication skills for documentation and follow-up.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Legal ability to live and work in the United States.
