Associate, Services Contract Entitlement & Quoting Management (Global Services)
How You Will Contribute:
Reporting to Sr. Manager, Service Business Center, as the Associate, Services Contract Entitlement, you will manage setting up and managing Ciena CGSI customers standard warranty, Services entitlement and renewal quotation to ensure that a customer receive the right level of maintenance support as detailed in their contracts.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,400 - $80,600
Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business. Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
