Job description

What you will do :

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker's products to meet our customers’ needs. You will confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products. You will systematically track your territory progress, proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Team, and strive to exceed goals. When onsite with clients, you will use your product knowledge to solve problems and inform medical staff about proper product use and maintenance. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
  • Living and exemplifying Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
  • Assisting Sales Representatives in promoting and selling Stryker products
  • Educating doctors, nurses, and staff on proper product use and maintenance
  • Conducting product evaluations in operating rooms and offices
  • Supporting the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings
  • Keeping management informed of territory progress regularly
  • Resolving product issues promptly for customers
  • Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products

What You Need

  • Required: University Degree
  • Preferred: 2+ years in outside sales role, experience working in an Operating Room

Additional Information

  • Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory and company duties
  • Internal candidates with equivalent education, experience, and performance will be considered
