We are hiring Associate Sales Operations Analysts to support a team of experts who help Canonical's sales teams achieve their business goals. The Sales Operations team focuses on continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will be collaborative, proactive in improving team workflows, maintaining compliance, and governance.
The role's success is measured by increasing deal velocity and the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data used for business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver and team player who is passionate about partnering with sales teams and about Canonical's role in expanding open source technology to a broader audience. They will support programs to enable Canonical's continued success.
