Start date : Start of August

Schedule : During August, the training will be conducted full-time, after which you will switch to part-time in September.

What You'll Do Here

• Play a key role in protecting our customers' most valuable assets by advising them on insurance products, answering their questions, and guiding them through the next steps.
• Analyze individual customer needs, promote and cross-sell personal insurance products and services.
• Process payment method changes efficiently, ensuring customer accounts are updated accurately and promptly.
• Handle inquiries from existing customers via telephone and electronic channels, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.

What You Bring

• At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Previous experience in sales and customer loyalty is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and empathize with others.
• Proficiency with technology and navigating multiple systems.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to study for and pass the provincial insurance licensing exam with support from our training team.
• Bilingual in English and French is a significant advantage.
• No Canadian work experience required, but candidates must be authorized to work in Canada full-time.

This Position Requires

• Availability to work 21 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• During the first year, working every Saturday; after 12 months, a 5-week rotation.
• Work on public holidays during the first year, paid according to labor standards.
