About the role

Work Location: Hybrid format: 1 day per week at the office (closest to your region) and 4 days of remote work following the training period. 3-Month Training Program: The training follows a hybrid model as well, requiring up to 4 days per week in the office, depending on needs. Daytime schedule: 35 hours/week. Post-Training Schedule: Full-time: 35 hours/week. The work schedule is determined monthly based on operational needs. Please note that shifts may include days, evenings, and Saturdays.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Play a key role in ensuring the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by providing expert advice and answering product questions.
• Analyze client needs, promote products and services, and propose innovative solutions.
• Guide auto and home insurance clients on coverage solutions.
• In Quebec, our agents must pass their AMF certification to practice.

To be considered for our training program, you must meet one of the following requirements:

• You have a Diploma of College Studies (DEC), a Bachelor’s degree, or a Master’s degree; OR You have an Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in Damage Insurance; OR You have a High School Diploma (DES) AND 3 years of full-time work experience in the Canadian labor market; If your diplomas were obtained outside of Canada, a comparative evaluation from the MIFI is mandatory.
