Start date: November 14, 2025. Work Location: Calgary (321 6 Ave SW #1200). Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.

Work details

This is an inbound call center position with evenings and Saturdays / Statutory Holidays required for the first year; a hybrid model is available with one in-office day after six months (subject to probation). A day-shift schedule may be offered after 18 months in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for clients' assets by advising on suitable insurance products, answering product questions, and guiding next steps.
  • Analyze individual customer needs and promote and cross-sell appropriate personal lines insurance products and services.
  • Efficiently accept and process changes in payment methods, ensuring accurate and timely updates to clients' accounts.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
What you bring to the table
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Previous experience in sales and customer loyalty is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers and colleagues, and the ability to understand and empathize with others
  • Proficient with technology and comfortable navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure
  • Prepared to study for and pass the provincial insurance licensing exam with support from our in-house training team
  • bilingual in English and French is an asset
  • No prior Canadian work experience required but candidates must be authorized to work in Canada full-time
  • This is an inbound call center position; candidates must be comfortable with evening work and every Saturday and Statutory holidays for the first year. A day-shift schedule may be offered after 18 months.
