Responsibilities

  1. Customer Expansion – Identify and execute opportunities to expand existing customer relationships by introducing additional Quest solutions.
  2. Retention & Renewals – Drive renewals and contract expansions to ensure long-term customer success.
  3. Account Management – Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned customers, fostering strong relationships at C-level, IT leadership, and business unit levels.
  4. Solution Selling – Position Quest’s Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions to solve evolving customer challenges.
  5. Strategic Growth Planning – Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue, drive adoption, and strengthen customer engagement.
  6. Territory Management – Oversee a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers across a multi-state territory across Eastern Canada.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value realization.
  8. Market Intelligence – Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to drive growth.

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of B2B software sales or account management experience, with a strong track record of growing existing customer revenue.
  2. Experience selling solutions in Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software.
  3. Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and drive renewals within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  4. Strong understanding of IT leadership priorities, including data security, compliance, cloud, and AI trends.
  5. Experience managing a multi-state customer portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  6. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  7. Ability to work independently in a remote role with regional travel.
  8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  9. Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is preferred.
