Supports the origination and structuring of project finance and structured lending transactions across industries such as power generation, utilities, infrastructure, energy, and energy transition. The role requires a collaborative individual who can coordinate teams to meet deadlines, support senior professionals, and manage loan portfolios independently.

Responsibilities
  1. Understand project financial models, including credit scenarios and key metrics.
  2. Support and lead project financing transactions through to closing, including credit analysis, risk assessment, due diligence, documentation, and coordination.
  3. Assist in preparing credit documentation and summaries for stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate with credit and operations teams from origination to funding.
  5. Ensure compliance with risk, controls, and policies.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics with excellent academic record.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services analyzing credit risk; project finance experience preferred.
  • Financial modeling proficiency with strong understanding of financial reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Compensation

Base Salary: $115,000 CAD
