About The Role

The Client Service Team is central to our revenue. As an Associate, you will conduct high-level industry and company research, identify and engage with experts who can address our clients' needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in sales, project management, negotiation, and professional communication, with clear objectives and recognition based on your contributions.

Example tasks include connecting a private equity firm with telecommunications experts in sub-Saharan Africa or assisting a strategy consultancy with solar energy growth prospects in the Middle East.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
  • Leadership skills and extracurricular involvement
  • Interest in business and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Growth mindset, viewing challenges as learning opportunities
  • Strong networking and sourcing skills, including use of LinkedIn and internal databases
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
  • Knowledge of additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) is an asset
