Position Description

We are seeking a self-motivated Associate Professional Services Enablement Manager to join Okta’s Customer First Enablement team. You will serve as an enablement advocate within our Professional Services organization, collaborating across teams including enablement, product, and content development. Your role involves managing enablement programs, onboarding, cross-skilling, and ongoing training to enhance our Professional Services capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and communicate the readiness of the Professional Services organization in terms of technical skills and roles.
  • Understand daily operations across roles to suggest and implement innovative enablement strategies for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective communication to ensure stakeholder alignment and promote the value of enablement programs.
  • Use data and analytics to inform initiatives and measure program impact.
  • Collaborate with enablement teams to design and deliver training programs.
  • Engage with Professional Services leaders to validate requirements and assess program outcomes.
  • Gather content and insights to continuously improve enablement offerings.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and enhancement.
  • Lead discovery sessions with business leaders to refine requirements.
Requirements
  • Proactive initiative and previous examples demonstrating this trait.
  • Charisma, presence, empathy, and strong product knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical audiences.
  • Proven results in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Deep understanding of Professional Services and enablement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence skills.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years supporting Professional Services in the software industry.
  • Technical proficiency, such as holding a current Okta certification.
  • Knowledge of industry and products is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, facilitation, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and time zones.
  • Willingness to travel domestically occasionally.
