The Role
You’ll partner with the founder, designers, and engineers to translate root user problems into delightful, data‑driven solutions. Expect to:
️ Gather insights—run user interviews, dig into analytics, map JTBDs and pain points
️ Draft lightweight PRDs, define success metrics, and keep the scope laser‑focused
️ Manage sprints, write tickets, QA features, and remove blockers
️ Coordinate design hand‑offs and ensure pixel‑perfect implementation
️ Launch, instrument, and analyze—iterate based on retention, activation, and revenue data
️ Document learnings, keep the roadmap current, and share progress with stakeholders
Outcomes
Outcome1: Ship High‑Impact Features
️ Deliver at least one user‑facing release every 4–6 weeks that hits agreed KPIs
