What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Serve as the subject matter expert for Rave’s Critical Communications products and features
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product innovation and roadmap decisions
3. Engage with customers and industry groups to gather feedback and validate product direction
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on the product roadmap and launch new capabilities
5. Utilize product management tools to drive software delivery and assess outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of professional experience in a SaaS environment
2. Strong organizational skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities
3. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in software products
4. Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
5. Willingness to travel for collaborative sessions, customer visits, and industry events

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
