Job description

LYNKED is the Enterprise Operating System for Utility-Intensive Properties. Through two integrated layers — LYNKED Infrastructure, which brings together meters, gateways, and communications technology across water, gas, electrical, and thermal systems, and LYNKED Intelligence, the software layer that controls, manages, and operates that infrastructure — the platform transforms raw utility data into actionable intelligence for the properties and operators that rely on it.

The LYNKED platform supports more than 500,000 meters from LYNKED and other manufacturers across more than 3,500 buildings. LYNKED brings together decades of experience in metering, utility services, and operational technology.

Join a team that is building the infrastructure behind smarter, more efficient buildings.

Why Join Us?
  • Be at the Centre of Product and Engineering: This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, software development, and cross-functional coordination. You'll gain hands-on exposure to how software products are built, shipped, and improved at every stage.
  • Real Ownership, Early: As part of a growing team, you won't be managing spreadsheets from the sidelines. You'll contribute meaningfully from day one — coordinating projects, shaping workflows, and being the connective tissue between teams.
  • Grow Into a Product Leader: Reporting directly to the Director, Product & PMO, this role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in product management. You'll be mentored, challenged, and set up to grow.
  • Work with Technology That Matters: IoT platforms, smart building infrastructure, cloud applications — you'll develop a genuine understanding of how complex technology systems work in the real world.
  • Collaborative Culture: A close-knit, people-first team that values initiative, transparency, and getting things done together.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Company-paid health, dental, and vision coverage along with competitive benefits.
What You'll Do

As an Associate Product Manager, you will keep product and development initiatives moving by coordinating across teams, managing deliverables, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will:

  • Write and manage development tickets and epics in Jira, ensuring clarity and completeness for the development team
  • Serve as Jira administrator — managing boards, dashboards, workflows, custom fields, user access, and time tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Attend and support development stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions
  • Maintain and update project and epic timelines, and contribute to roadmap updates alongside the Director, Product & PMO
  • Edit and distribute release notes to internal and external audiences
  • Participate in design and prototype reviews
What We're Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in a product, project, or technical coordination role, ideally within a software or technology environment
  • A solid understanding of software development workflows and product lifecycle concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or a similar project management and ticketing platform
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
  • A proactive, follow-through mindset — comfortable chasing down information, following up with contributors, and keeping things moving without being asked
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Odoo is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in business, technology, computer science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Health & Dental Benefits: Company-paid comprehensive health, dental, critical illness, and life insurance
  • Retirement Savings Program: Company-matched Group RRSP with employer contributions through a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP)
  • Professional Development: Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunities
  • Growth Opportunities: A mentorship-forward role with a clear path into product management
  • Office Perks: Stocked snack bar, fresh coffee, and a welcoming in-office environment
  • Company Events: Team gatherings and social events throughout the year
