Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan Trust Fund Company is seeking an Associate to join the HCP team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the investment lifecycle including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring private equity investments, offering substantial development opportunities.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of investment banking or private equity experience and a relevant university degree. The expected salary range is $98,000 – $148,000 CAD and the position is full-time for 18 months.
As an Associate on the HCP team, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the full investment lifecycle—including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring private equity investments. You will work closely with senior investment professionals, playing a meaningful role in both investment execution and portfolio management, with strong development opportunities and increasing responsibility based on performance.

This is a full‑time contract position (18 months). The expected annual base salary range for this role is $98,000 – $148,000 CAD, subject to individual experience and qualifications.
