What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical leadership to team members while ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality
- Support and troubleshoot SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and maintain Windows Services and IIS
- Debug and resolve application issues, implementing new enhancements based on business requirements
- Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides and procedures
- Lead a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and providing mentorship
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in C# and experience with SQL Server
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework, .NetCore, VB.NET, and MVC
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge and working experience in Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in leading a team of engineers
