We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Leader to join our Toronto office. You'd be joining our existing teams who work on a range of complex and large scale projects types like Rail, Data Centers, High Education, and Laboratories. This leadership position will help us continue to grow and diversify the markets / project types our team support through deepening current client relationships and cultivating new relationships.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to win new projects and contracts and diversify services provided to clients
  • Develop relationships with new key clients and collaborators
  • Act as a project manager to monitor project progress to identify and address potential issues or risks
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the current and future team that supports career development and skills building

Is this role right for you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or architectural engineering
  • Minimum 15 years experience designing electrical systems for range of industrial, commercial, educational, healthcare, laboratories and / or transit project experience
  • P.Eng is required or ability to obtain within 6 months of joining the firm
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects as a project manager
  • Experience with developing proposals and attending pitch meeting with clients to secure projects

Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $170,000 to $210,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
