SLC Management offers a flexible work environment, combining in-office and virtual work. Employees are generally expected to work at least three days in-office each week, with flexibility based on business, client, and team needs.
Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management on the Allocation Team, this Associate role provides operational support across the private asset allocation process. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about private fixed income asset classes and liability-driven investment portfolios. Responsibilities include monitoring sourcing activity, supporting new allocations, and regular trade rebalancing. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of assisting with various requests in a fast-paced environment.
SLC Management is regulated, requiring employees to declare personal investments and seek preclearance for transactions, including those of household members.
