Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Planner to support growth in North America through sales planning and inventory management. You will help manage in-season and future planning of sales, markdowns, and profit, with a focus on inventory and assortment strategy aligned with financial targets.

Reports to the Director of Planning. The role requires 1–2 years in retail planning, strong math and Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–2 years retail planning with inventory, buying or allocation.
  • Strong retail math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills and data analysis.
  • Collaborative cross-functional partner across teams.
  • Experience with Aptean, QuickSight or SAP is a plus.
  • Bilingual.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze statistical data on area of responsibility.
  • Build and maintain seasonal merchandise budgets.
  • Monitor the purchases against receipt plan.
  • Participate in regional in-season management, and provide sales and markdowns forecasts and its impact on inventory levels.
  • Update weekly and monthly reports.
  • Manage and forecast the open-to-buy with interaction with the buying team.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports to support strategic business decisions.
