• Must have a genuine and growing relationship with Jesus.
• Demonstrates Christian character and spiritual maturity.
• Loves people and enjoys building relationships.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Can work collaboratively with others.
• Willing to lead, but also willing to serve.
• Has demonstrated ministry gifts and a desire to use them.
• Shares the values and theological commitments of the Free Methodist Church.
• Formal ministry education and prior pastoral experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Lead Pastor and collaborate closely with staff and volunteers.
• Help advance the church vision and support ministry teams.
• Shape the role around gifts and strengths of the right person.
• Be open to serving in diverse ministry areas (youth, worship, outreach, discipleship).
