Associate Pastor – First Baptist Church of Minitonas

First Baptist Church in Minitonas, Manitoba, is looking for a part-time (20 hrs/week) associate pastor. This position will primarily involve working with youth and conducting community outreach. We seek a highly motivated individual who collaborates well with others and has a passion for reaching the next generation with the truth of the Gospel.

Our church has 100–120 attendees on Sunday, with 50 of those being children and youth under the age of 18. There is a significant opportunity to help disciple the next generation of young people in our church, and we believe the right person could help us do that.

Requirements and Qualifications

A Bible school degree is preferred for this position, and youth ministry experience is an asset.
