Associate Package Specialist - SAP HANA SCM MM

Overview

Work in our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), delivering technical expertise to clients worldwide. Our centers focus on driving innovation and adopting new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Assist in configuring SAP modules (Finance, Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Logistics/Procurement, etc.) to meet business needs.
• Gather and analyze requirements related to SAP modules from business users.
• Support daily operations and resolve functional issues within SAP systems.
• Build strong client relationships, responding to queries professionally.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Participate in SAP system implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives related to SAP.
• Stay updated with SAP developments, enhancements, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada (work permit, permanent residency, or citizenship).
• Willingness to work and reside in Calgary, AB.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, accounting, commerce, or related fields.
• SAP certifications obtained through college/university or independently.

Core Competencies

• Basic understanding or exposure to SAP modules (preferably certified).
• Ability to work in diverse teams and independently.
• Quick learner, capable of coaching team members.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments, with strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Knowledge of compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office, JIRA, DevOps, Adobe, etc.
