As an Associate, Associate Director, or Director in the Risk Management Solutions Group ("RMSG") at National Bank Financial Markets ("NBFM"), you will work on our trading floor in Montreal with a team of senior derivatives originators covering corporate clients across Quebec and Eastern Canada.
Your responsibilities include supporting marketing efforts, generating hedging and trading ideas, developing communication materials, pricing derivatives, and executing client transactions. You will collaborate closely with trading, structuring, and various other departments within NBFM, including investment banking, credit capital markets, debt and equity capital markets, market risk oversight, and operations.
This role reports to the Managing Director and Co-Head of RMS. It is an onsite position with flexible arrangements. You will engage in a variety of transactions, gaining broad experience.
The RMSG develops and originates financial derivatives and structured solutions for clients. It collaborates closely with banking, debt, and equity markets, and investment banking teams, working across interest rates, foreign exchange, equity, and commodities derivatives. The group also innovates new structures to meet client needs.

Proficiency in French is required to collaborate with colleagues outside Quebec.
