• Assist with greeting patients and answering phones.
• Conduct services in accordance with Clinical Protocols.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate patient recommendations.
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols.
• Communicate effectively with store associates for seamless patient experience.
