Job summary

Specsavers in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is seeking an Associate Optometrist to start seeing patients right away. You will work alongside Dr. Tardiff in an independent clinic within Mic Mac Mall, with flexibility for 1-2 days per week and a weekend/Sunday/Monday preference.

This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, relationship-led patient care, and a supportive team environment. You’ll use advanced diagnostic tech and have access to dedicated optometry support and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain valid optometry license in Nova Scotia.

Dr. Tardiff’s clinic

This established clinic, located withinMic Mac Mall,is seeking coverage for1-2 daysper week, with a preference for weekend coverage or Sunday and Monday, although there is flexibility based on the associate’s availability.

Compensation

Receive a percentage billings. Thecompensation for this role is:

Percentage of billings: 65%

Final compensation will bedeterminedbased on experience and skillset by the independent clinic owner.
