About the Role

As an Associate on our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team, you will identify, lead, and prioritize initiatives to improve our fee structure and affordability across the Canadian business. You will lead short-term execution, help shape long-term strategy, identify pricing opportunities, and partner with our product team to experiment with new features for Canadians. This role is currently an individual contributor, with future opportunities to grow your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Building strategies and operational plans for DoorDash's New Verticals business, working with partners of various sizes.
• Supporting the development of strategies to serve our customers effectively.
• Transforming strategies into operational experiments to generate measurable outcomes.
• Analyzing customer data and operational impacts to inform decisions and iterate strategies.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Self-starter with a bias for action in a dynamic environment.
• Problem solver capable of synthesizing complex issues into actionable plans.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL.
• Committed to continuous improvement, with 1-3+ years experience in consulting, finance, or related fields.

Compensation

Salary range: $66,500—$95,000 CAD, based on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include paid time off, parental leave, wellness benefits, healthcare, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, RRSP with employer match, and mental health programs.
