Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Mortgage Broker at East Coast Mortgage Brokers, Team Whelan. The role is based in Conception Bay South, NL. The Associate Mortgage Broker will be responsible for consulting with clients, assessing financial situations, facilitating mortgage applications, providing debt consolidation advice, and marketing mortgage products. The Associate will also collaborate with lenders and other financial institutions to secure favorable terms for clients. This role is primarily a mortgage under writing position where by mortgage applications will be provided to you.

• Experience in Mortgage Brokerage and Brokerage services
• Knowledge of Debt Consolidation and Finance principles
• Skills in Mortgage Marketing and financial product marketing
• Strong analytical and consulting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
