How will you fit in the big picture?

This role supports the Baking & Candy desk with ownership of the Chipits and Twizzlers brands. Responsibilities include leading monthly business reviews, developing strategic marketing plans, monitoring sales and profitability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing programs.

What will you do?
  • Lead the creation of the annual brand plan
  • Commercialize innovations and renovations with cross-functional teams
  • Lead business analysis and reviews
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including copy and media plans
  • Own the brand's annual operating plan, assessing risks and opportunities
  • Manage marketing budget, forecast, and portfolio optimization
  • Conduct external and internal assessments of the business, competitors, and trends
  • Present to senior management, sales, and external buyers to garner support
Skills, Knowledge, and Education Requirements
  • Business degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field
  • At least 2 years of brand management experience in packaged goods or similar industry
  • Project management skills
