Title and Summary

This role involves leveraging Mastercard's data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients across various industries. Our team specializes in Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. The Performance Analytics consultants translate data into insights, designing and scaling analytical solutions.

  • Manage project deliverables across industries and problem statements
  • Develop analytics strategies for large, regional, and global clients
  • Maintain trusted relationships with client managers
  • Create predictive models to drive profits
  • Review analytics outputs for accuracy and quality
  • Capture Intellectual Capital proactively
Team Collaboration & Culture
  • Develop business recommendations and client presentations
  • Organize and structure work for yourself and junior team members
  • Lead meetings and project management

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with experience in data and analytics
  • Client or stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize findings
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, SAS)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills in English and local language
  • Legal eligibility to work and travel
  • Knowledge of metrics and benchmarking across industries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Hadoop, Impala, Hive, PySpark, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Teamwork and task management experience
  • Coaching experience
  • Industry-specific expertise
  • MBA or relevant master's degree (preferred but not required)
