The opportunity
EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Real Estate team is one of the largest integrated real estate advisory practices in Canada, offering strategic advisory, valuation, and transaction services to both public- and private-sector clients.
We help governments, institutions, and investors make informed decisions about land, infrastructure, and real estate—whether through surplus land strategies, portfolio optimization, development planning, or structuring partnerships for housing and mixed-use projects. Increasingly, we also support clients with corporate real estate strategy, including facility management advisory, operating model design, and service delivery optimization.
Our national team is growing and we’re looking for curious, collaborative thinkers who are excited to work across sectors and tackle some of the most interesting real estate challenges in Canada.
Your key responsibilities :
As a Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of complex real estate and facility management advisory mandates, with a focus on helping clients optimize their real estate operations, service delivery, and strategic planning.
