The Consumer Retention Marketing team focuses on nurturing engagement and retention of millions of customers through personalized communication channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages. The team develops consumer lifecycle programs to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented, and data-driven retention marketer to manage CRM programs across various channels, including email, push, and in-app notifications. The role involves launching and iterating on campaigns for DoorDash's restaurant and non-restaurant categories, working closely with cross-functional teams, and making data-informed decisions to meet campaign and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage campaigns and workflows for non-restaurant growth initiatives, including testing strategies.
  • Utilize omni-channel marketing tools to build complex CRM journeys, including triggered campaigns and automations.
  • Analyze campaign impact on key metrics such as order rate and revenue.
  • Support creative development and optimization in collaboration with creative resources.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer retention, email, or growth marketing.
  • Proficiency with ESP/Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with data analysis and program measurement, preferably with SQL skills.
  • Proven success in developing profitable marketing programs and exceeding targets.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from $98,500 to $141,000 CAD, based on location and experience. Benefits include paid time off, parental leave, wellness benefits, health insurance, RRSP matching, and mental health programs.
