Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, with experience in corporate, estates, wills, and/or real estate law.
  • Independently manage files from intake to completion, including client communication, drafting, negotiations, and closings.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing complex legal documents, including corporate agreements, reorganizations, estate planning structures, and real estate transaction packages.
  • Strong background in due diligence, title review, corporate searches, and closing coordination.
  • Track record of delivering accurate, high-quality legal work under tight timelines and competing priorities.

Role (Overview of the Position)

The Associate Lawyer will independently manage a variety of corporate, estates, wills, and real estate files while delivering practical, high-­quality legal advice. This role focuses on drafting and reviewing key documents, guiding clients through transactions and planning matters, and ensuring files progress efficiently from start to finish. The Associate contributes to strong client relationships, supports firm growth, and upholds the highest professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications/Skills & Experience

Existing Vacancy:Internal and ExternalCompensation:This position offers a starting salary range of $75,000 to $120,000per year. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s education, relevant experience, and skills.
