Key Specifications :

• 4-5 Years of Family Law experience, preferably in BC; applicants from other provinces will be considered.
• Lawyer in good standing with the BC Law Society, or :
• Ability to transfer in good standing from another Canadian Law Society.
• Commitment to legal excellence.
• Ability to effectively communicate and handle sensitive client matters.
• Self-motivated with ability to maintain a professional and composed demeanor while successfully managing tasks in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
• Dedication to providing practical, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
• Experience in and connection to the Okanagan considered an asset.
