Job summary

A leading international law firm in Vancouver is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. The role involves handling matters across the full lifecycle of complex disputes, including strategy, negotiations, mediations, and trials.

The successful candidate will have 4–7 years of complex litigation experience, strong advocacy and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• The ability to manage multiple complex litigation matters and work effectively within a collaborative team
• A strong interest in developing a long-term commercial litigation practice
• Above average academic credentials and a solid employment history.
• Qualified to practice law in Canada
