Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Reviews Subscription Documents for a variety of investment vehicles, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and others;
2. Reviews KYC/AML Supporting Documents for accuracy and completeness;
3. Corresponds with clients and investors for Missing Subscription Information;
4. Communicates with various teams, including fund administration and tax on a variety of investor-related topics;
5. Maintains and reviews OFAC search database;
6. Prepares and distributes investor capital statements, Capital Call letters, Contribution, Distribution and Redemption confirmation letters;
7. Performs redemption confirm calls with investors;
8. Maintains databases for various processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
2. More than a year experience in investor relations or related field.
3. Has knowledge of the alternative investment industry, particularly in investor relations.
4. Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance for the United States and/or Cayman Islands preferred but not required.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
