What is the opportunity?
A member ofRBC Phillips, Hager & North Investment Counsel, the Associate Investment Counsellor (AIC) works with experienced Investment Counsellors (IC) to construct customized investment strategies for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, trusts, and charitable foundations.
The AIC is responsible for assisting ICs in implementing the strategy and managing and monitoring the client portfolios on an ongoing basis. Under the mentorship of an IC, the AIC must exhibit client acquisition skills and the ability to actively close HNW target prospects.
The ultimate purpose of this role is for the AIC to develop the necessary skills to transition to the role of IC over a two-year period.

The expected base salary range for this position is $62,000 - $110,000 -- depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
