A leading company is seeking an Associate to join their Intellectual Property practice, focusing on damages related to patent, copyright, and trademark infringement. The position involves drafting expert reports, client communication, and participation in analytical research, emphasizing strong communication and analytical skills.
Stout is seeking an Associate to join our Intellectual Property practice within our Disputes, Claims, and Investigations group. The selected candidate will focus the large majority of their time on intellectual property matters including damages related to patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, as well as trade secret misappropriation in diverse industries covering a wide range of technologies. The selected candidate will be expected to support drafting expert reports, preparing analysis, work closely with our senior intellectual property experts, and be an important point of contact for many client communications.
The selected candidate will need strong analytical skills and critical thinking, an ability to clearly convey ideas via written and oral communication, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and attention to detail. Our assignments can be fast-paced and deadline driven, requiring quick thinking and dedication to producing excellent work product.
