CVO is seeking an Associate, Intake who will be the first point of contact for I&R inquiries. You will analyze inquiries and complaints, provide compassionate, person-centered communications, inform about College processes, and oversee the Mediated Resolutions Program.
You will inform complainants and licensees about I&R processes, ensure timely communications, and triage cases to appropriate streams while maintaining documentation and building case files.
