Qualifications

• 3 to 8 year call
• Experience in insolvency, foreclosures, and commercial litigation
• Foreclosures and receiverships experience is valuable
• Experience with proceedings under the BIA and CCAA is valuable
• Ability to conduct files from beginning to end
• Well-rounded and self-motivated
• Sound judgment and solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Existing client base is an asset but not required
• Opportunity to grow practice and apply to become a shareholder in due course
