Ontario Teachers' is seeking an Associate to analyze INR equity opportunities, build robust financial models, and support due diligence across global opportunities. You will work with our Toronto team, traveling internationally to collaborate with portfolio companies and external advisors, and present investment recommendations to senior management.

As an Associate, you will have a key role in analyzing potential Infrastructure & Natural Resources "INR" equity investment opportunities, executing transactions and working with existing portfolio companies to craft strategy and implement value‑enhancing initiatives.

You will be joining our Toronto office, where you will work in a dynamic team-based environment, directly supporting senior team members across multiple sectors and geographic regions, with a focus on Metals & Mining. INR consists of a team of over 60 highly-specialized private equity investment professionals, with offices in Toronto, London, Singapore, and an additional presence in Santiago, Chile.
Currently, INR leads a geographically diverse portfolio of approximately C$28 billion with assets in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and a target to grow to over $40 billion over the next 5 years.
The Natural Resources team (which this opportunity supports), targets exposure to commodities in the oil and gas, mining, agriculture, timberland, aquaculture, and other resource-based sectors to provide cash flow, inflation protection and diversification.
