You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering communication and marketing materials for various internal and external channels. The incumbent will ideate, storyboard, and consult on video productions, shooting videos and taking photographs as needed.
Who you’ll work with
You will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Production, and collaborate closely with the Marketing & Collaboration team.
What you’ll do
- Design graphic materials for digital and print media, including email, digital displays, social media, signage, PowerPoint, reports, intranet, and websites, ensuring all are on-brand and align with OTPP guidelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications and other internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Translate complex business, user, and technical requirements into engaging static and multimedia designs.
- Tailor creative outputs to meet targeted performance metrics.
- Provide clear communication and attention to detail in creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
- Assist in selecting external freelance resources and act as a brand consultant for outsourced projects.
- Shoot photography and videography as required.
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform design decisions.
- Work independently under the direction of the Senior Manager, with design authority.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a large financial or investment organization.
- Degree or diploma in graphic design or related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in print and digital design, brand identity, multimedia, and image retouching.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Experience designing interactive PowerPoint presentations, especially for financial reporting.
- Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Experience with collaborative web-based design tools such as Figma and Canva.
- Experience designing for email platforms like Mailchimp.
- Experience working in an agile environment with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in art direction for large conferences and events.
- Skills in multimedia production, including motion graphics, video, audio, and photography, with in-house capabilities.
- Good judgment in planning capacity and coordinating projects.
- Ability to advise and influence senior leaders on creative ideas.
- Ability to balance creativity with technical knowledge and work cross-functionally.
